Can I Return My Product?

  • The product is not used and looks the same as when you got it, with its box or packaging.
  • It’s not something special like screen protectors, sale items, or discounted products.
  • It’s not under our warranty for repairs.
  • For online orders, you need a full unboxing video (from start to end).

To return something:

Sending It Back

  • Who pays for shipping? You pay to send it back, unless we sent the wrong item or it was broken.
  • Our mistake: If we messed up, we’ll pay the shipping cost.
  • How to send it:
    • We’ll give you an address to send it to.
    • Make a video of you packing it so we know it’s safe.
  • How to ship:
    • Outside Dhaka: Use Sundarban Courier.
    • In Dhaka: Drop it at the nearest Inno Tech outlet.

Getting Your Money Back

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
