How to Get a Refund

  • Return the product to us.
  • We will examine it and will let you know if you are eligible for a refund.
  • If we respond affirmatively, we will refund the money back the same way that you paid, via (e.g, bank transfer or mobile money).
  • It may take some time until the money reflects in your account, depending on your bank.

Points to Keep in Mind

  • You will not receive that money back if you had paid earlier. But if we are not able to make the delivery by the specified date, we will return your money within 48 hours.
  • The same form of payment that you have paid us with will be utilized by us (e.g., bank transfer, mobile money).

How Long Does It Take

  • Bank Transfer: 3 working days
  • Online Payment or Mobile Money (MFS): 7-15 working days
  • EMI: 7 to 15 working days
  • Cash on Delivery: 3 working days

Working Days Only

Working days are the refund days. They are not the Sundays nor the holidays.
