Delivery Options Overview
The following terms and conditions outline the policies regarding order placement, advance payments, delivery charges, and related procedures for customers in Bangladesh. These terms are subject to change based on operational requirements or courier service regulations.

Advance Payment for Orders
- For items less than BDT 1,000, the buyer must make payment in full at the time of ordering, including delivery charges.
- An advance payment of a maximum of 20% of the value of the product is required for products costing more than BDT 1,000, the percentage depending on the type of product.
- In some cases, and depending on the type of product as well as the store policy, an advance payment may be required for items that are picked up at one of the stores.
Advance Payment for Pre-Orders
The amounts for the advance payments for the products will vary according to each product and will be given at the moment of placing the order.
Pre-Order Delivery Timeline
- Delivery time for pre-ordered items is generally 7-10 working days.
- In certain cases, delivery may take up to 15–20 working days, depending on product availability and logistics.
- Any delays beyond this normal time frame will be communicated to customers.
Price Adjustments for Pre-Orders
- As international market prices could vary, pre-ordered products may be subject to an additional charge in order to adjust the price at the time of delivery.
- If they do not agree to the increase in price, consumers can also just cancel their pre-order and have their deposit returned the deposit.
Delivery Charges for Accessories (Dhaka City)
- For accessory items delivered within Dhaka City (specific areas) via Cash on Delivery (COD), a delivery charge of BDT 60 will apply.
- Delivery will be done within 72 hours, unless courier service policies and/or unpredictable situations require a change in this regard.
Delivery Charges for Devices (Outside Dhaka)
Partial payments on devices delivered outside Dhaka will be subject to a maximum BDT 220 delivery fee, along with other conditional fees based on the courier company’s policies.
Delivery Charges for Accessories (Outside Dhaka)
For accessories, delivered outside Dhaka, conditional delivery charges will be applicable. Conditional delivery charge will be a maximum of BDT 130 plus conditional charges as per the courier company’s policy.
Full Payment Requirement for Remote Areas
- Full payment, including delivery charges, must be made in advance for delivery to areas beyond divisional or district city (such as upazila, thana, or even more remote locations).
- These areas are not financially operating for courier services like Sundarban Courier Service.
Device Delivery Restrictions
- Devices will not be delivered to upazilas, thanas, or other areas outside divisional or district cities.
- Delivery is limited to major cities unless otherwise specified.
Order Placement
- All orders must be placed by 5:00 PM to be processed on the same day.
- Any order received after 5:00 PM shall be taken as the order for the following working day.
Additional Terms
- Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to confirmation by the seller. Customers will receive a confirmation via email, SMS, or phone call once the order is processed.
- Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled before dispatch with a full refund of the advance payment. Once dispatched, cancellations are subject to a restocking fee (if applicable).
- Return and Refund Policy: Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if defective or not as described, subject to inspection. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after approval.
- Force Majeure: The seller is not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or courier service disruptions.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details (e.g., address, contact information). Any additional costs due to incorrect information will be borne by the customer.
- Product Availability: In case a product becomes unavailable, the seller reserves the right to offer a substitute of equal or higher value or provide a full refund of the advance payment.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through mutual discussion or, if necessary, under the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery only inside Dhaka for selected accessories.
COD is not available for devices or outside Dhaka.
For products under ৳1000: Full advance payment including delivery charge is required.

No, next-day delivery is not available for all orders.
We offer next-day delivery only inside Dhaka for select ready stock items (mainly accessories).
However, for devices, pre-orders, or deliveries outside Dhaka, delivery may take 2–5 working days or more depending on your location and the product type.
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can request an address change by contacting our support team immediately.
Once the order is dispatched, we cannot change the address.
